Point Of Contact
It all starts with the point of contact. If you call us on the phone, e-mail us or stop in, you will be treated with respect and in a friendly, professional manner. We talk to our clients the same way we want to be treated. This is the first difference.
If our first point of contact is not in person, we will look to spend some time on the phone together, getting to know you better. You will then be invited to stop by our facility for an in-person consultation. We do this because modern vehicles and modern electronics are much more technical in nature than in years past, and we want to provide you with the best overall value for your dollar. That can’t be accomplished in a five-minute phone conversation.
Face-To-Face Consultation And Vehicle Evaluation
When you come to our facility for a consultation, it will be a one-on-one meeting with one of our highly trained team members. While you are here, we can go out to your vehicle and look it over together. We can listen as you tell us what you like about your vehicle, and what you would like to see improved. This is the second difference.
Listening And Product Experience
After we come back in from looking over your vehicle, we will ask you several leading questions, and we will listen intently to your answers. Yes, we listen to our customers, as rare as that is these days. Then, we take the information gathered from looking over the vehicle and getting to know you better, and we demonstrate products that we feel will best suit your needs. We won’t flip through a catalog or look at a website, but will use our interactive displays so you can experience what we are suggesting. This is the third difference.
We Offer Solutions
Once we have completed our demonstration of products, our team members will take all of the gathered information and offer you complete, installed solutions that we feel will work best for you. Assuming you like our proposal, we get a deposit and set an appointment to do the work. This is our fourth difference.
Your Vehicle Is Safe With Us
When your vehicle comes into our facility, we use a detailed check-in sheet to make sure everything is working properly. We install protective coverings in every area of your vehicle where we will be working to eliminate the potential for damage. Our highly skilled technicians will do work for you that matches or exceeds the standards of the vehicle manufacturer. When the work is completed, we use a detailed check-out sheet to make sure everything is still working properly. This is the fifth difference.
Service After The Sale
This last point is our favorite. When we give your vehicle back to you, we go over all of the installation we performed, and we sit in the vehicle with you, showing you how to operate any of your new equipment. We will not end the conversation until you are comfortable with the operation. We let you know that you can stop back as many times as needed for further education on the operation – free of charge. We will thank you for your business, shake your hand and part ways, hoping for a lifelong business relationship.
